A shared journey trough our flow
We’ll begin by moving and warming up our bodies, gently connecting breath with movement, allowing us to synchronize with the rhythm of the music. Then, we’ll practice repeating the sequences to help commit them to memory, ensuring each transition flows smoothly.
Once we’re comfortable, we’ll blend everything into one seamless, continuous flow, staying on beat like an unbroken cycle, where breath and movement unite effortlessly. After a moment to hydrate and recharge,
I’ll share a personal story about how the song speaks to me, inviting you to reflect and connect with its essence. Together, we’ll flow for three rounds—the last one is yours to experience solo, fully embodying the rhythm and energy.
Afterward, we’ll get ready for the video shoot, capturing the flow, and finally wrap up the session with a restorative Shavasana. I can’t wait to share this powerful energy with you—let’s move as one and create something truly special.

With my background in Inside Flow, Vinyasa, and my experience as a professional dancer and singer, I blend breathwork and dynamic movement to create a practice that’s both inspiring and fun. Together, we’ll explore new rhythms, embrace self-awareness, and find clarity in every breath.

I am aware of the fact that we all want and need to be flexible. Nevertheless, I have a limited number of places and have to take over costs in case of cancellation or often have no possibility to allocate places at short notice. Therefore I charge 20% of the total price for cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the event. For cancellations 14 days to 7 days prior to the start, I must charge 50%. For cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the event, the full price will be charged if the vacated space cannot be given to someone else.
